The specific scope of services will be agreed upon in writing before commencement of any engagement.

Not Tax or Legal Advice

Important: Vantage Point Financials provides bookkeeping and financial management services only. We do not provide tax advice, tax preparation, or legal advice. For tax matters, we recommend consulting with a qualified tax professional or accountant. For legal matters, please consult with a qualified solicitor.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business and finances
• Grant necessary access to financial accounts and records as required
• Respond to queries and requests for information in a timely manner
• Review and approve work as requested
• Pay for services as agreed

Fees and Payment

Service fees will be agreed upon before any work begins. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Fees are payable monthly in advance
• Payment is due within 14 days of invoice
• We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business or financial information to third parties except:

• With your explicit consent
• To service providers necessary to deliver our services (bound by confidentiality)
• When required by law

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• We are not liable for decisions made based on financial information we provide
• We are not responsible for errors arising from incorrect information provided by you

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Vantage Point Financials and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
